Privacy Policy — Granet Pro

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Granet Pro (“the app”) is published by Granet Technologies. It is a read-only dashboard that lets restaurant and retail owners view sales, branch, and financial data from their own Granet Pro point-of-sale account.

This policy explains what the app collects and why. It is deliberately short, because the app collects very little.

What we collect

Your email address and password, when you sign in. These are sent to our own server (api.granetpro.com) to authenticate you. We use them only to verify who you are and to show you your own business data.

Your business data — sales, orders, shifts, branches, and financial figures already recorded by your Granet Pro point-of-sale account. The app only reads this; it never creates or changes it.

That is the entire list. We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or advertising identifiers.

What we do NOT do

What is stored on your device

Signing out erases both. Deleting the app erases both.

Face ID and biometrics

If you enable it, the app can use Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometrics to unlock your saved session instead of retyping your password.

Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never visible to us. The operating system performs the check in secure hardware and tells the app only whether it succeeded. Using biometrics is optional — signing in with your password always works.

Data retention and deletion

Your business data lives in your Granet Pro account, not in the app. To request correction or deletion of your account or its data, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

All communication with our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Sign-in tokens are held in the operating system’s secure credential storage.

Children

Granet Pro is a business tool intended for business owners and staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
